Our Printing Technology

As one of the largest printing businesses in Tauranga and the Bay of Plenty region, we have the capabilities and technology to produce, process and finish most printing projects completely in-house. This significantly speeds up our delivery lead-times as we are not having to deal with outside suppliers for this work. It also means that we can retain a tight control over the quality of your work, and offer our Quality Assurance Guarantee with all work we print.

Our Digital Printing equipment includes:

• Fuji Xerox V180 Digital Press - For high speed, high quality, smaller output printing which can process up to 350gsm stock.
• Fuji Xerox 1000i Digital Press - For high speed, high quality, small output printing which can also take a wide range of specialty inks such as metallic gold or silver.
• Roland Versa Camm VS-640i 64" Eco-Solvent Inkjet Printer - For large format printing using environmentally friendly inks.

Our Offset Printing equipment includes:

• Computer to Plate printing machine - Especially used for newspaper and magazine printing for being very fast and cost effective.
• Heidelberg Speedmaster SM 74 - Can print up to 15,000 sheets per hour as two- or four-colour process.
• Heidelberg Speedmaster SM 52 – Can print up to 15,000 sheets per hour as two- or four-colour process plus this is an A3 perfecting machine which can print 1 colour both sides at once
• Heidelberg GTO 52 - The most popular single colour, A3-format press is great for high volume, single colour printing.
• RMGT Ryobi A3 2 colour - Can print up to 10,000 sheets per hour as a 2-colour process.

Our Printing Finishing equipment includes:

• Heidelberg Platen - An original in the printing industry which still has a place and a purpose in the modern age. Built in the '60s the Platen is ideal for face slitting, die cutting and blind embossing.
• Fuji Xerox Die Cutter for Folders
• Various Collating Machines - For finishing books
• Folding Machine - For A6 to A2 projects
• 2 x Guillotines
• Q-Topic 380 Laminator - Particularly good for heavy duty laminating projects
