The Making of a Footpath Sign!

We thought it would be fun to show you our process for making a footpath sign which we can produce quickly and easy to order as per our own footpath sign we’ve created here…

Step 1 – Output signage artwork onto a large format vinyl sticker and apply to pre-cut corflute sign blank.

Step 2 – Position vinyl output accurately on sign, making sure it is absolutely perfect!

Step 3 – Carefully remove vinyl sticker from backing paper taking care to ensure there are no creases.

Step 4 – Hold your breath and gently apply sticker to corflute sign blank making sure there is no debris to cause lumps or bumps.

Step 5 – Smooth out the application to ensure full coverage adherence to the corflute, no bubbles allowed!

Step 6 – Ta dah! And we are open for business! Looking sharp and ready to go.
