Bleed and Trim

If your artwork has colour or imagery that goes to the edge of your page, you’ll need to have 3mm bleed set up in your file and make sure your artwork extends to this area.

Trim guides are not essential but please be specific about your document's finished size and ensure bleed is provided if necessary.

Bleed Example

Colour

All images and graphics should be converted to CMYK. Files containing RGB images may produce colors that differ significantly from what you see on screen.

Ensure all spot or PMS colors are correctly configured in your document. For digital printing, we will strive to match the colors as closely as possible, but some variation may occur.

Booklets

Please provide booklet files as individual consecutive pages, not as spreads. We will handle the page imposition on our end.

Logos and graphics

Logos should be supplied as vector format such as .AI, .EPS, .SVG, or .PDF

Vector graphics can be scaled up or down to any size without losing quality. They are essential when used in various applications, from small business cards to large signage.

If your logo is only able to be supplied as .JPG or .PNG, please ensure it’s large enough resolutionfor your design requirements.

Imagery

All imagery should be supplied as minimum 300 dpi resolution, proportionate to the final print size required.
